Age verification for Shopify

An age check that actually holds up.

A tick-box asking “are you 18?” proves nothing, and regulators have said so. Doorman estimates a shopper’s age from a single photo, refuses checkout without a valid check, and keeps a log you can hand to an inspector — with no photo, no name and no date of birth stored.

• Unlimited checks on every plan. Others charge $0.50–$1.25 each. We charge nothing per check, at any volume.
• Blocked at checkout, not just in a popup. The refusal runs on Shopify’s servers, so turning off JavaScript does not get anyone past it.
• Nothing about the shopper is kept. The photo is analysed in about a second and discarded. The log records the decision, not the person.
